Shipment processing time

The orders will be processed within 1 – 7 business days. Please note that no shipment will be made during weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
The shipment for PO boxes addresses can only be accepted/used within the US, US Territories and APO/FDO/DPO.  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

A Shipment Confirmation with its tracking number(s) will be emailed to the sender once the order has been shipped.

Shipping times

Shipping time depends on option selected in checkout, but typically shipments in the US can take 1-4 business days, and in EU between 4-10 business days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The customs duties and taxes that will be imposed during or after the shipment of the order is not the responsibility of Cleantra. Hence, any fees (tariffs, etc) that will be applied shall be the customer’s obligation.
